In addition to the well-known service channels - e-mail, telephone and contact form- AllLite offers its customers another modern option - AllLiteApp, which does not have to be installed. Scanning the QR code on the identification plate of the vice leads quickly and easily to the servie- and product information.

Access to AllLiteApp :

1: With the mobile phone or tablet through QR code scanner to AllLiteApp:
A QR code scanner is integrated in the Kamara function or pre-installed as an app on many modern mobile phones and tablet PCs.
The free QR code scanner app can also be found in various app stores. AllLite offers you here the QR code scanner "NEO-Reader" for free download.

2: To AllLiteApp without installing the QR Code scanner app:
By Web QR code reader, e.g. Web QR, you can directly scan the code with mobile phone or tablet or you can upload the captured photo of the QR code and then read it to open AllLiteApp.

3:Open AllLiteAPP via a PC with handheld scanner at the workplace
A 2D handheld scanner can read the URL which behind the QR code in a text editor, in a browser address bar of the connected PC. With the URL you can also open the AllLiteApp in areas where it is forbidden to carry mobile phones or no shooting is allowed.

4: Extend accesses to the AllLiteApp to other devices:
You can extend the access by email to other devices with "URL SEND" function of the AllLiteApp. You can send the URL read by QR code scanner or 2D hand scanner to others. Or you can also share a high-resolution QR code photo with others.
