12 months warranty
The warranty period is one year from delivery of the goods to the sustomer. Restrictions are included in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Correction of defects is quick and simple
If any defect arises, AllLite will improve it within some working days. For AllLite customers, this requires a minimum of effort. Every AllLite product is equipped with a QR-Code [Quick Response Code] through which one can call up an app and the damage will be clearly documented, for example by means of a smartphone. The processing time will thereby be considerably shortened so that the clamping system can be used after repair as quickly as possible in the production.
AllLite spare parts are also available 10 years from the date of purchase of an AllLite product.
